Biking, walking, water sports and snow sports are all lifetime activities provided in the nrg Outdoors Online Lesson Plan Directory. The kit will continually grow with new activities being added on a regular basis. All activities will provide information for education and recreation professionals looking for the "how to", "where to", and "who to" work with for teaching lifetime recreation skills to children and youth.

How To – lesson plans, activities, assessment for teaching units related to lifetime recreation activities (biking, jogging, boating, snow sports)-more will be added in future years.
