There are many lessons and units that provide skills for teaching lifetime activities. If you have a unit you would like to submit to nrg Outdoors Online Lesson Plan Directory please ensure it meets the following requirements:

the unit teaches activity skills for a lifetime activity such as, swimming, walking, jogging, climbing, dance, bicycling, weight training, and skiing
the unit and lessons are aligned with and reflect NASPE and/or PDE standards
the target audience for the unit is K-12 youth
